My photo app just reminded me of this picture from about 20 years ago (not mine, I just have a copy). I must admit to being a tad wistful for when Battersea Power Station stood in splendid isolation rather than being clogged by all the nasty glass buildings which now surround it.

But #data is my friend, so I decided to get a Visible Health tracker, to monitor my energy levels and pacing. I also decided to compare it to a #fitness tracker I had about the place, for a bit of fun. Just now, I got this combination of alerts. Both wryly amusing and super interesting!

Ah, the trickle down capitalism defence. Never really changes, does it. This happens to be about healthcare but could be anything, really.

Just cooked some excellent tapas together, drinking a beautiful vintage red gifted for my birthday, listening to Public Service Broadcasting, enjoying the crepuscular rays as the sun disappears behind the trees. So much to appreciate. I'm a lucky bean really, despite the challenges.
