My reasoning for why Dick couldn’t continue is bc he marries starfire and Nightwing becomes tied to an intergalactic nation, kinda like a marriage union.

He was the heir- after Tim. And yeah he may have matured, but he never suspected that the person he tried to kill on sight would ever willingly just hand over something as momentous as his “birthright” over to him. But he did.)

(Damien, even with the role of Robin teaching him how to feel compassion and empathy and generally mature over the years, was always in the mindset of succeeding Batman.

He literally would’ve continued staying on the sidelines (stalking) as a civilian if it wasn’t for Jason’s death. Hence, Robin is his ORIGIN)

Tim chooses to stay as (red) Robin bc he out of all the robins CHOSE the role rather than being given it (some would even say forcefully coerced batman into giving him the role)
Even to the point that the batman cowl skipped over him and went to Damien instead

It usually helps when I have a very basic checklist that I can just peruse
Aside from that when I have a little more energy I’ll set timers and make it a mini game of trying to finish before it rings

But usually I rely on the good ol’ procrastination adrenaline to get me to lock in ^^,
