I finally updated the UI design. It turned out much better than expected. I'm happy with the result.

In last updates, I have completed the progression tree with upgrades such as:
- Fish mutations
- Combo catching
- Fishing drone
- Fishing net
- Customer tipping
- And many more

Added a new Mystery Chest upgrade! Now you have a chance to pull up extra treasures while fishing.

My fishing tycoon game has background music now (created by "You're Perfect Studio").

I also added randomness to the coin pickup SFX, so it sounds more varied. Additionally, I tweaked the upgrade prices to get ready for the next build for testing.

Added some VFX and sound effects of player's footsteps. Customers now have animations instead of default T-pose.

Game starts to feel more alive with each update.

Created some visual effects for matching gems. Now you can see where you matched the gems and exactly what combo you got.

The hardest part was creating an algorithm to detect cross matches👹

What do you think? Is there any improvement I could make?

Created a custom level editor for my "Match 3" project! Now you can design levels of any shape, not just the usual 10x10 grid. Editing is super easy—just tap a button to switch to edit mode and create or reset the level quickly. This makes level creation much more efficient

The last two days, I was learning how the "Match 3" game mechanic works. It was necessary for my next game idea.

I am half way through the gamejam round 2. Less than a week left.

Today i added some basic gameplay and health system to the player. Don't know if I'll have enough time to finish my game and add all of the things that i want, but I'll figured it out.

Made some progress today. I added atack mechanics for future enemies. There are 6 enemies in total and each one of them has unique atack patterns!!!

These are prototypes of enemies and they will be reworked a bit later🐟

#GDKO Game jam round 2 started and after some brainstorming i decided to make game about a submarine📡

This is my day 1 progress:
- Added some basic mechanics
- Drew starting sprites for game objects

I am hapy with the results, but prolly gonna redraw submarine sprite

As players suggested, i should add knockback to player's weapon and monster despawn in morning. And here it is

This is an elimination gamejam so i hope i'll be included in 50% of winners in round 1.

There are some more changes that i wanna make before i move on to next project.

I finally finished my project!🎉

For past 2 weeks i was developing a game for #GDKO gamejam. I am happy to announce that this game is out👨‍🌾
