IMO even if he could use his money, I'm not entirely sure he could survive. Like he would have to hire at least some people to care for his well-being, his finances, etc. Is his family going to help him with it? I'm not sure he can survive as a rich guy without the administration guiding him along.

I'm not an expert, I can accept that people in the know have better knowledge what steroid use looks like, but I find it difficult to slander someone without actual evidence. And especially because nature can do weird things. Eg. I'm sure André the Giant didn't choose his condition.
