This is what I thought the first time I saw it. Tonight when I had to sit for 20 minutes at Main and Monument while they drove past, I remembered the date and knew exactly what it was. Still disconcerting, though.

My husband is a “car guy” and he was just saying that for the first time he can remember, there are zero new model cars he is interested in or excited about. Fascism flattens everything.

My daughter had to get post-exposure treatment a couple years ago. It was I think two or three shots right away, then she had to go back two and then three weeks later for more shots.

Yes! I went to a Methodist college and my biology class absolutely taught evolution (to the dismay of some of the more conservatively raised students)

Someone needs to mass produce stickers that say “beware: private equity bought this company, it will suck or disappear soon” that people can covertly slap on products at the store when this happens. Or on buisiness signs/front doors.

It was eye-opening when I moved to a rust belt city with a “bad reputation” to see the difference in the way outsiders talk about it and my lived experience. It has made me question every big city’s stereotype

Extra cool that now there are bomb threats against schools and gov offices in Springfield. Even cooler that my daughter goes to one of those schools.
