I seem to remember a British destroyer HMS Sheffield that was sunk by a single Exocet missile fired by Argentina back in 1982. Call it a damn lucky shot. Unlikely now but It can happen. Seems we’re in FAFO territory - led by the most incompetent commander in chief and his sidekick Secretary Defense.

As much as I have disliked her in the past - I accept her stated regret and her apology for her nasty partisan politics. Is her about-face purely for political reasons? Probably. She has been outspoken on healthcare coverage - far more than anyone else in her party. I give her credit.

The tariffs have cost Toyota over $1.2B this year. And this is a company that has a huge manufacturing footprint in the U.S. - Kentucky, Indiana, West Virgina, Mississippi and Texas to name a few red states. Tens of thousands of American workers employed. Such a slap in the face. Utter stupidity.
