Azerbaijan’s use of Israeli cluster bombs during its assault on Artsakh in 2020 saw the indiscriminate destruction of civilian infrastructure & deadly UXO contamination.
There’s absolutely no circumstance where the export, proliferation & use of these cruel weapons is justified.
