Falcons must be VERY comfortable with RN for them not to match that

Even if we stay in the odd front Morris likes, I think Atlanta needs to get bigger up front.
I know we’ve got needs all over the d, but it seems like there’s a real chance to completely change this dline in one offseason and I’d be disappointed if we didn’t.

What would you value more when trying to identify the player in this instance?
Plus traits?
Production?

As an Atlanta fan, I wish we would have taken him. Looking at it impartially, he went to a much better team and won a championship while establishing himself as one of the top defensive players in the league
I’m not sure he would have done that in Atlanta.

That might be true, but it doesn’t change the fact that it definitely affected his draft stock(not just for the falcons).
That said, if he comes out on his pro-day and blows it out the water then teams probably ignore any character issues they have, but he didn’t. He tanked it instead.

To his credit, this young man is doing everything right
That doesn’t change the fact that there was a lot of reasons not to believe that would be the case.
Ps
He’s who I wanted in the draft, doesn’t mean I don’t understand why Atlanta didn’t.

Why do we continue to pretend the guy wasn’t a walking red flag coming out? Character concerns and a disastrous pro day scared the hell out of evaluators.
Looks like he’s straightened his life out and is doing great, but at the time his own coaches wouldn’t go to bat for him.

Picking him at 15 seems high, but when I’m playing around with draft simulations he’s one of my favorite picks after a trade down to the late first.
