Himbo use bulk up! The himbos chest starts to ripple and twitch against his will. Panel 3. The himbo has inflated massively in muscles, he has squeezes his protein shake bottle so hard it's shattered. He says "Himbo used bulk up". Panel 4. the himbo looks down at his absolutely massive muscles in shock. the trainer says: Oh wow, it was super effective.
