I will never get tired of repeating it: non-native English accents are bearers of cultural and historical richness. The Catalan language, its history and culture are deserving of pride. So hold dear your linguistic and cultural heritage and let your Catalan show through your English as well!

IMO, L1 use in the English class is way more controversial than it should be. Neurolinguistics 🧠 research has shown that multilingual people’s lexicon isn’t divided like a database 🗂️, languages are intertwined in the brain! Stop thinking like a robot 🤖 and start thinking like a person! 🧑‍🏫
