this would affect my ability to apply for disability! last year someone with my disease won a landmark case that qualified it as a disability under ADA! ive never applied for disability because of the 2k savings restrictions was unliveable and the marriage aspect discouraging. please call!

Call your house rep and tell them to support HB 2540 which will increase the amount disabled people can save from $2k to $10k and remove the marriage penalty where you lose your only source of income if you get married regardless of how little they make. Switchboard: (202) 224-3121
