In most countries US Democrats would be right wing while current US Republicans would be an out of scale right wing or populist party.

It is hilarious when a Republican claims that Democrats are the Communist party. So why is the word Communist so bad? I think it used to refer to worst US enemies USSR/Russia and Cuba. The reason for arms race.

Russia is by far the biggest country (almost twice the size of USA or China). The Russian population is less than half of the USA population and less than 10% of the Indian or Chinese population. Still Russia seems to have an infinite need for more soil. Is it really worth the cost in human lives?
