I was very smart last year, and tucked my gingerbread house template into my cookbook. Also, we noticed that the octopus cutter looks like an upside down reindeer face.

During almost my whole walk, I only heard 4 birds, until I got within a dozen metres from home (and the bird feeder, lol), then suddenly it was bird city! (Two birds were cropped out of the second screenshot: European Starling and Brown-headed Catbird.)

My first skate of the season after a long hiatus went really well. I didn't fall down at all! ...but I did cut my thumb a tiny bit on my blade 😅
Overall, it was a success!

"Oh! She's fast!" Said one tech to another as she passed me. I'm pretty sure that I didn't do anything to deserve the praise, but I'm still beaming.
I used to donate full blood regularly, but this was my first plasma donation. 10/10 would recommend.

I wasn't sure how I was going to pull this one off, but then I found some biscotti 😂 Now I just need to figure out how to attach them. Just jam them in on top, maybe? Wish me luck!
