The reason it passed was because democrats didn’t have enough votes to stop it…..
Why? Because previous Democrats were so old they passed away, creating vacancies that they couldn’t fill in time for the vote.

I’ve been to multiple town halls and Dem conventions since the GOP took over. Still haven’t seen Dems grasp why the working class left them—just blame or silence. Good luck. At this rate, the party’s days are numbered.

It’s ironic how Democrats claim to support democracy and want to “protect” it—until voters choose someone else. Then suddenly it’s, “Oh no, democracy is under attack!” The irony is hard to miss.
