Also, I made a very nice and easy to make 凉面 just now.
Recipe:
1. Boil the chicken and pasta. Put them all into cold water to chill.
2. Shred the chicken and cut the onions into thin slices.
3. Apply vinegar, soy-sauce(1:1), a bit sugar and crispy chili oil (as much as you want) and mix.
