Arriving for EU summit, Hungary’s Prime Minister Orban makes clear he does see any reason to change his mind. On Ukraine long-term aid? The money for 2024 is allocated, anything else can wait, shouldn’t be part of EU budget, he says. On accession talks? First, Ukraine needs to meet all requirements.

Far-right populist Wilders wins the most votes in the Dutch election, an exit poll shows. If confirmed, repercussions will be felt across Europe. Seems anti-immigrant sentiment is getting stronger. And yet, important to stress even if confirmed, this doesn’t mean he’ll be able to form a government.
