We had a very busy and very fun weekend last weekend. We went to GridCon (@gamingrules.bsky.social), which is a very good boardgaming convention, which has the benefit of being relatively close.

My "get up and go" hasn't been great lately. I blame the lurgi I caught which really knocked me sideways. In trying to get back into writing shape, I reorganised some bits and made a "projects list" for the things I've got in various states for Space Weasel. Fourteen projects currently on the go!

We're back from #TravConUK, where we had a lot of fun, stayed up way too late, and played lots of #Traveller. Four games in about 30 hours, when I work it out.

We're back from #TravConUK, where we had a lot of fun, stayed up way too late, and played lots of #Traveller. Four games in about 30 hours, when I work it out.
Enjoyed all the sessions I played in, and the playtest of our new scenario seemed to go down well. Working on the feedback today.

We've loaded up the cargo hold with everything we need for #TravConUK and have launched for the jump to Cambridgeshire.
Looking forward to seeing everyone else there again. And mildly nervous about running a game at a con for the first time.

Overthinking? Me? Never!
Of course I need about forty pages of documentation for a three(ish) hour one-shot at #TravConUK! In my (slight) defence I've been writing it so that stuff for the full, publication version, is going in there too, not just the convention game.

Space Weasel has just returned from what he calls "research" into the next #Traveller bestiary. He even put the air-quotes around the word, so I don't believe him. He just wanted to go and see bats.

Space Weasel has had a busy week, preparing for his next mission. He visited some great jet planes, and even took part in a photoshoot for the new books.
We've got three new #Traveller publications on the way - a book of spacehips, a book of beasties, and a new adventure. Watch this space!

I rather wanted to like @microsoft.com OneNote. It looked to be a good option for jotting down notes and ideas that would work across the different platforms I use.
Sadly not, and I frequently found entries would often only have the start and lose the ends.
It's gone. It had to do one thing...!

Pleasant surprise today. Catching up on e-mails and so on, after work today, I noticed that 'Drama at the Starport' has a 'Silver Best Seller' award on it. Granted it's just the second level up, but I'm chuffed as it's my first publication on @drivethrurpg.com
