Now THAT is interesting. If he’s telling Russians “not to pity Ukrainian civilians” that means that there’s a good number of Russians who feel that way. Frankly speaking I understand you COMPLETELY. I don’t know what you did before the war but I can’t imagine anyone would say that being in that horror is something that they always wanted to do. No army in the world has fought in this kind of war; the closest thing was WWI, but there were no drones.

As others have said, the “I was a tourist/student/foreign worker” story is laughable. Not that Russia WOULDN’T force or con tourists etc. to fight in their meat assault brigades; they would absolutely do so. But most of the foreigners joined for MONEY. The rest of what he said rings true of course.

Trump is a POS and what ICE is doing is completely fucked up. However there’s absolutely ZERO SIMILARITY between what Russia does to its people & to foreigners and what the US does. When you try to equate the two, you lose all credibility. People who know about Russia’s history will just laugh at u.

They are assisting Ukraine but only to a point. Rutte bragging about NATO Air Superiority strikes Ukrainians as weird when Russia continues to kill civilians through the air. NATO could close the skies over Ukraine the way the West helped Israel protect itself from Iranian air strikes.

I mean the kind of response that the West made when Iran launched missiles at Israel. NATO can close the skies over Ukraine to stop Russia from killing civilians. Of course NATO is helping 🇺🇦but they could do a lot more, at least in terms of stopping Russian terror attacks on civilians.
