Interesting about Karina Gould .... but the follow up by Rosemary Barton ("it is hard to believe") was not a question; it was a commentary. I understand (non-experienced politician) Carney's reaction but I don't understand the commentary by an experienced journalist.

We need to rethink/rework MOST of our policy directions, international agreements & internal frameworks to secure our independence from the US ... the status quo is no longer an option ... all of this will be quite a challenge for us

The Canadian Research Insights Council (CRIC) states that: "If a probability sample MOE is provided for comparison purposes, it must clearly state the a Margin of Error cannot be calculated on a non-probability sample."
