-and they're equals who respect and care for each other, instead of it being a Magical Supergenius Who Is Superior To Everyone and his sidekicks

AND the mysteries actually make sense bc the writers don't have Moffat's disease of never letting the audience guess what happens next

So much of the Sherlock fandom was fuelled by shipping and with E!Watson and Moriarty both being women...which is a shame bc I absolutely adore both E!Sherlock and Joan's characters and their dynamic, it's so nuanced and believable despite the eccentricity, and they both have flaws-
