Franklin was no victim in how the DNA double helix was solved. An overlooked letter and an unpublished news article, both written in 1953, reveal that she was an equal player.

This sort of plain speaking is so good. I wish we'd see more of it. I also think that politicians should be ending speeches with "Abolish ICE" in the same way Cato would say "Carthago delenda est"; it would really get that message across.
I don't care if these monstrous ICE raids are a "federal operation". This is authoritarian violence, plain and simple.

We're really looking at how tracking right in the US by the Dems on things like immigration went and are going: "yeah, why not? This is a strategy that will work." Ridiculous. We're going backwards when we have a serious chance to differentiate ourselves from a US that's moving towards fascism
It is astonishing to me that anti-trans people have successfully whipped up hate and made life difficult for a tiny handful of people. The FA has banned trans women and out of 11.8 million people who they say play football, this affects 20. Not 20,000... 20. Just a farce and an immoral one at that.
