The view out of NJ Transit train windows is blurry and obscured, apparently because they washed the windows with a chemical, presumably right after the warranty expired… Usually it is a nuisance, but one recent morning I saw this, which reminded me of a painting by William H Turner

I was there with some folks from work to learn how to photograph fireflies (see my next post). I envisioned cool to have the fireflies in the foreground with the city in the back. But that viewpoint wasn’t possible. So I ended up with two separate shots instead…

And for it to stop money has to get out of politics. To reverse the wealth transfer the tax system has to change, eg tax wealth instead of income. Obvi the wealthy will put up a big stink, but they have to be unable to buy elections. There’s more of us than of them. It has to count for something..

I agree with you, but one or two things are missing. The problem the middle class doesn’t advance is because of a massive transfer of wealth from the middle class to the rich and big corporations. They grease the wheels of both parties and that has to stop.
