#Manchester10k complete in 51:33. Pretty hot out there today and happy with that time, consistent splits. Very grateful there was showers around the course - wish there was more! Pretty cool finisher gift pack too!

Smashed the #Parkrun PB today by nearly a minute with the support of my little helper. Sub 23 minutes with a few short detours too for sniffs at South Manchester parkrun.

Sub 24 minutes on the Heaton Park Christmas Day Parkrun. Will take that! Only 15s off the PB at the superflat Alexandra Park.

This morning was #parkrun 32 of the year, tourist streak number 20. And the first in my series of parkruns that looks like race tracks. This is clearly the Detroit GP parkrun. Kind of 😅
