Found a new bug last night. Tried to have Audrey accompany me, but she would not tag along. I even dismissed my current companion, but Audrey still would not tag along. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall the mod, but Audrey still wouldn't accompany me.

Audrey's new red scarf on her Starborn suit is cute, but the moment I started talking with her in the Lodge, I couldn't hear any of her dialogue, even when I added her as a member of the crew on my ship. I had the subtitles on, but she had no voice. This is the only problem I found so far.
