Either an alpha brush in zbrush (maybe blender too) or in blender I'd probably just use boolean modifier and suffer (nondestructive = good tho)

I'm pretty amateur at both programs though so there's probably a better way.

Sexed Up too has coloured the way I look at the world since finishing it (which is always the way I judge a book). In a positive way I felt the book really helped illustrate intersectionality to me, the marked vs unmarked mindset being why we should all be on the same team here.

Serano is also a good narrator and I found her really easy to listen to. Whipping Girl was a really important text to me early on in my transition where it helped me put together things I'd been thinking but never fit together before.

if you're looking for alternative metrics, waist to heigh ratio is a better indicator of general health afaik, and body fat % can be estimated with a tapemeasure via the navy method
