Framer Tip: Did you know you can copy and paste Figma layers directly into Framer? Use the "Figma to HTML with Framer" plugin to transfer your layers, make adjustments, and hit Publish!

Framer Tip: Adjust the nudge amount to make it easy to push elements around. I have mine set to 4px because I like the 4px grid.

I follow this simple guide. Section / Container / Content Wrapper. Section has the Left and Right padding. Container has the Top and Bottom Padding. Content Wrapper can be full width, grid or stacked.
