I am a teacher and scholar of leadership and Human Futures. My work explores how AI, screens, and acceleration reshape childhood, education, and power. I write philosophically about stewardship, care, and how to remain human in algorithmic systems.
Fourteen years ago, teaching primary performing arts, I noticed something quietly troubling: children struggling to listen, imagine, be with one another. Screens weren’t just distracting them: they were reshaping becoming. Years later, AI made the pattern legible. The paper is now in AI & Society.
