I have a lot of hope for it, too.. but I'm also trying to manage my expectations. The kid in me though is so very hopeful & happy.

That sounds like a worthy distraction! Tv & movies, esp sci fi are so good for my mental health. I've also started animal/equine therapy.

I am well.. my issues are more to do with past trauma & additionally being surrounded by toxic family. I have a great partner, a niece i adore.. a roof over my head & food on the table. Things could be worse. I appreciate your asking, esp in light of all you're going through. 💚

I truly hope it doesn't cause you discomfort.. I'm glad they are treating your gut though.. bcuz of the gut/brain connection!
