Miami Beach–based David Om, LLC, led by KYU restaurant founder Alan Omsky, wants to build a 56-story tower with 498 residential units — including 200 "micro-units.”

Since Alligator Alcatraz opened in July, there’s been speculation about it being used for deportation flights.

@airnavradar.com data shows a flight left Wednesday for Alexandria, Louisiana and another left Thursday for Harlingen, Texas.

Both Alexandria and Harlingen serve as staging/departure points for deportation flights.
