Is it a criminal case or civil, why is he walking around, and the gavel. Also the lawyer from the big firm turning up in Burnley etc. just terrible!

Well I’ll be boring and say it depends on the contract! Someone has clearly advised them there are grounds. The second claim is weirder- some sort of claim that they should have been provided more information

I think that is fundamentally the argument, but if anything the remedy is wrong anyway- in that case surely the LA should be under an obligation to provide. How it relates to VAT on private schools more generally I see no argument
