Each time they started walking they could hear footsteps behind them in the grass. And if they stopped, the footsteps stopped too. But whenever they turned to look, there was nothing there. Just a big empty field. Kerstin had her suspicions and yelled, "Man United sucks ass!" There was no response.

That moment in the game when the table 'bout to turn.

Andrée Jeglertz is harnessing the power of youth in this Manchester City Women team.

22-year-old Laura Blindkilde Brown won Player of the Match. 19-year-old Iman Beney scored the equaliser. And 21-year-old Aoba Fujino delivered the victory.

Running back to London with the 'L' after celebrating and tapping your Arsenal badge in front of City fans who showed you nothing but love. She thought she was Adebayor.

Speaking of underrated fullbacks who get the job done without much fanfare.

Bunny Sundays
Those are fun days
of sunshine, football and green grass.
One-sided games. No impasse.
No stopping, flopping, or points dropping.
Boot against ball, ball against net.

There will be goals. On that you can bet.
These are the fun days,
sweet like ice cream sundaes
when Khadija Shaw plays

So, Donnarruma's coming in, and he's known for not really being good with his feet, but he says he can always improve in anything. You know, ladies, I'm old enough to remember when Pep let Joe Hart go. Did I ever tell you why he let Joe Hart go?

I said I'd drink one of these every time City's high line gets breached. I haven't been sober since.

I would have brought in Donnarruma but kept Ederson and moved him to right back.

Nice to see our Euro 2025 champions and Copa América 2025 champion getting their flowers from Manchester City. Love to see it.

A little haiku poem I wrote, inspired by this recently-published photo of Khadija 'Bunny' Shaw and Yui Hasegawa on the Manchester City website:

The past drifts away.
Tears turn into summer rain
watering fresh dreams.

Just my Manchester City goalkeeper Khiara Keating with Sarina Wiegman, singing and dancing behind Burna Boy onstage.

"We need to be better in finding ways of doing in different ways. So we're not just attacking in one way."

That's the one thing Andrée Jeglertz said when he signed with Manchester City Women that gives me some hope. Other than that he's one of your copy-paste, City-style, possession game disciples

"The Jamaican govt. is denying a statement by the US Dept of Homeland Security that suggested it refused to accept the return of a Jamaican man who is among 5 foreign nationals described by the US as “barbaric” criminals who have been sent to the small African nation of Eswatini." - Jamaica Gleaner

If NYCFC had 54% of possession to Orlando's 46%, but Orlando made 26 shots to NYCFC's 11, with seven on target to NYCFC's four, then NYCFC might be a #CityFootballGroup team with #CityFootballGroup problems.

"Oh, don't take my word for it, don't believe me. Do your own work, your own thinking." - X
