Compared to JS which is easier to validate because it either succeeds or crashes and shows errors, CSS does not crash. It will silently fail because that's how the language is designed.

They also cannot visually confirm that their code works, less so across viewport sizes and less so if you take interactions into consideration.

I'm glad we're entering the trough of AI disillusionment and excited to see companies divesting the absurd amounts of money currently being invested in the space.
