Experts can also provide inaccurate or misleading information in order to protect certain systems or serve the interests of those systems. What we truly need are honest individuals, not just experts. And not all information from experts should be accepted at face value.

This is so right!
Healing is painful because you have to face yourself, and most people like to live in a falsehood, building an image to be accepted by the world even though they continue to be hurt and depressed in that condition just because they are afraid of losing and being alone to find their strength.

This world is filled with a relentless need for control. Those in power often manipulate people through knowledge they have altered, deciding what humanity is allowed or not allowed to know. All of this is done in service of their own ego.

You may need support, but never become dependent on it. For a narcissist, the dependency you maintain can make you an easy target for manipulation.

When your dependency feeds a narcissist’s ego, they will control you—because you have not yet healed that dependent part of yourself.

They create rules under the guise of protecting children, but in truth, the purpose of those rules is to deceive parents into becoming negligent toward their children—while also serving as a cover to conceal who they really are behind the carefully constructed image of goodness they've maintained.
