Screenshot from my letterboxd review of One Battle After Another: A film that speaks to the time we live in with expert skill to the craft of storytelling while remaining connected to the ethos of humanity. The only thing preventing me from saying its perfect is time. The film's kinetic energy grips you and doesn't let you go for the entirety of its runtime. Leonardo Di Caprio, Regina Hall, Benicio Del Toro, and Teyana Taylor bring so much humanity to this piece! Funny, thoughtful, and heartbreakingly human throughout. Last but not least, Chase Infiniti is a star!!!!! As funny as it is thrilling. Some of the funniest and most action packed scenes put on screen. I wouldn't be surprised if this film is remembered as one of the best films of the decade. I think the most important aspect that I took from this film and what I believe PTA is saying is that as harrowing it is with as cruel and evil as the people in power are and as flawed we ordinary people are right now, there is hope in the future for our communities, the people of this country and humanity as a whole, as long as we continue to fight for each other and have love for each other. That is an idea that I will champion for as long as I live. I give One Battle After Another "Don't Let The Film Bros scare you from seeing one of the most incredible films I've seen in my lifetime." out of 5.

It's been a while since I've been obsessed with an on-going manga, but Dandadan has got its claws on me. Art great. Plot absurd, Romance got me giggling and kicking my feet. Great stuff.

In the context of the film, it is played as a humorous beat as the Fremen tribes begin to believe that Paul Atreides is the savior that has been written. In the larger narrative, it is an ominous sign that the tribes have fallen for the centuries long propaganda of the Bene Gesserit to keep the people under control for the planet's Spice.

Pillars of Creation taken on April 1, 1995 is a photograph taken by the Hubble Space Telescope of elephant trunks of interstellar gas and dust in the Eagle Nebula, in the Serpens constellation, some 6,500–7,000 light-years (2,000–2,100 pc; 61–66 Em) from Earth. They are so named because the gas and dust are in the process of creating new stars, while also being eroded by the light from nearby stars that have recently formed.

The old white man is perplexed by 10 men turning their backs to him while one man remains seated, looking annoyed at the old white man. In the context of the film, the old man (juror #10) gives a cruel racist plea on the guilt of the 18 year old boy and how he deserves to die because of "how these people are" As his racist rant continues, the jurors turn their back on him, confusing him, until the one remaining juror seated tells him to "Shut up and sit down".
