I got a bamboo steamer for Christmas and finally got around to making bao for the first time. It was phenomenal.

I think I found the worlds greatest cybertruck owner. A Costco parking space and they managed to ONLY park on the line. Bravo m’sir, bravo.

Made a lil French silk pie for valentines

I got a pizza steel for Christmas and I’ve been attempting to make my own NY style pizzas at home. Minnesota ain’t got the jooce that I crave so I’ll do it myself. We getting there. Little bit higher heat directed to the top and better crust shaping is all I need!

I started a second character in Baldurs gate 3 this week and everyone is NOT immediately trying to fuck during a long rest. It’s cuz I’m a paladin isn’t it? 😡

I made korean bbq for the first time for my partners birthday and I’m so happy with how it turned out. I made bulgogi beef, gamja jorim (I think) potatoes, some other sides and busted out some wagyu beef too. I made some gochujang pork belly but we tapped out. We runnin it back tomorrow!
