Your name was also mentioned first and most often in the "thinking."

This kind of thing annoys me too.

No IGDB, I'm not hyped, I only added the game to my watchlist.

I see troubling and weird queries in GSC that I don't think is the leakage. I thought Google was supposed to prevent such queries showing for privacy reasons...

It still is referring to me in the third-person as "The user"!

Competitions that get entrants to improve search engine CTR seem to be back in vogue. I've seen a couple recently.

Me too! Here's a pic from my local woodland taken about 20 years ago. Maybe I should take another to see how the trees have/haven't changed.

I thought the trees would make good natural gates to Lothlórien so exaggerated the golden effect.

Shopify apps are spamming a website's backend now?

Is it just me or is that a red flag? The app's reviews are overwhelmingly positive, so it's a shame they feel the need to resort to this.

I blocked out the app's name to avoid advertising them.

Thanks Google for clarifying the incorrect time in two time formats.

I'd just listened to the Edwyn Collins song "Low Expectations."

I had hell with BT a few years ago and reported them to the Ombudsman* about 3 or 4 times.

*Which in itself was a massive waste of time for little result.

How has this happened?!

Google renaming Blackburn Rovers as Route One Rovers. It's not even so-called AI content.

There is an amateur football club called Route One Rovers.

It might be too late already, but you can try the various search engines with searches like

site:https://platform.openai.com/docs/pricing "gpt-4"

Then you might see what you're after on the search results page e.g. the attached.

In case it hasn't been shared enough, I wanted to say this excellent "Improving your SEO with conceptual models" talk from @markwilliamscook.com includes my favourite ever slide: youtu.be/_AQ9UDqES80

Great analogy. I loved adding excess salt to chips back in the day! Theme Park on the SNES for me.

I dunno, Wikipedia has lots of problems. Bad experiences with its editorial policies, for example.

To be fair, Wiki pages do address issues...
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikiped...
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Critici...

...which turns out to be great SEO (see screenshot)!
