I had the opposite of ADHD freeze today. I essentially started 52 different tasks and abandoned them a quarter of the way through.
So I really accomplished 13 things today and that feels like a win.

Look, I never set out to be an inspirational fitness guru but I DID run a 5K this morning in under an hour and still managed to do FOUR machines at @realplanetfitness.bsky.social just now so I guess here we are.
