RIP Allan Ahlberg, the source of hours of reading such classics as Burglar Bill; The Pencil; Each Peach, Pear, Plum to my kids when they were younger. He always resisted turning his work into animation which is a real shame. (I always knew the below as The Runaway Sausage.)
