I assume other countries would introduce reciprocal entry requirements for US citizens i.e. provision of 10 years of Trump and Musk's social media posts.

Question is, who would replace him? Many who starred in opposition on easy divide & conquer rhetoric, eg, slamming landlords etc, or arguing for compassionate solutions, are very disappointing in office, almost as if they had no knowledge of what their role would involve or plan for executing it...

Yes, and this is probably the case in many boroughs. Councils are making it up as they go. They require piles of documentation, seem focused on being punitive rather than supportive and do not appear to be really communicating with Letting Agents.

The increasing Gov & Council charges and impositions ultimately just make renting and purchasing more expensive. They do absolutely nothing to increase housing supply for either prospective buyers or renters.

There will still be tax revenue. Unrealised gains one year can be lost the next. Principles of tax are to tax inc received. I agree no one needs > than $3mil in super but people have been able to put family farms into funds. It would be reasonable to cap what one person can have in super at $3mil.
