Banning homeless camping is the stupidest policy response to addressing housing, mental health, employment, & substance needs. And then adding criminal attachment & fines??? Where is the common sense?

Key question is which communities in the U.S. are living under a police state? Which communities are disparately patrolled, prosecuted, convicted, incarcerated, supervised, and indebted to the state? All as a result of - at least in part- law enforcement.
