This got me thinking about the standard “opening experience” for the games I play on my phone - the kinds of pop ups you see when booting a game up, and how long it takes until you can make an actual game-related decision. Starting with Arknights and it’s already funny the differences.

Was with a friend yesterday, who wasn’t sure what was going on with the Isr./Pal. Conflict. With their approval, I shared my knowledge and understanding of it - of the bombings, the war crimes, the blackout. They seem receptive to the info, and I hope that knowledge helps folks.

(I will probably continue to use this platform just like I do the previous one: Mostly follow folks' accounts, mostly lurk, and continue to watch things from a distance. I do want to come as close to recreating that experience as it once was, though.)
