CSS is gaining programming - like features (@function coming soon?), but ultimately, HTML structures, CSS styles, and JavaScript generates both dynamically. Avoid JS for styling - use CSS instead. That’s why CSS exists: to use the right tool for the job, not to argue over definitions.
