I just have to respond. I’m early fifties- didn’t even consider the dark as such, in my thirties. Just don’t even register as a reason not to go out. Vividly remember hitting forty and it was like a sudden brick wall- winter became a ‘thing’. Embrace it, mindset, hibernate, but in a good way 👍🏻
