As an adult I've grown to really admire all of the in-camera practical effects they used. It's a product of its time that would never be shot that way now, but it's basically the most technically impressive product of its time.

At this point I'm used to Libertarian weirdos and trolls from 4chan making this argument so I usually roll my eyes and ignore them, but it's especially concerning to hear a woman make this same insane argument.

I absolutely despise the Gildan made-to-order shirts I've received that feel heavy with no breathability, like I was wearing Kevlar. Knowing now that the company has shitty business practices gives me piece of mind for my disdain of their products.

The tech was definitely interesting, but it was the primary focus on Kinect that was the worst thing because it influenced so many other things that it shouldn't have. Then again, I'm guessing the R&D and manufacturing cost of the tech might be why Microsoft felt they had to focus so much on it.
