When boutique labels add commentaries it’s such a mixed bag. I am pleased to say that @imprintfilms.bsky.social release of Suspiria (2018) might have one of my favourite commentaries I have listened to in a while though. Shout out to Miranda Corcoran for knocking it out of the park.

I’m a firm believer that the actual camera in your camera rig should be the cheapest part.

This is what I look like on night exterior shoots.

I think I need to watch this (Decision to Leave) again when I’m not exhausted. There are some moments and images in this that feel unbearably inventive and original.

I still think this may be the best looking camera design I’ve ever seen. Not really all that usable, but gorgeous none the less!
