If you scroll down a little to the recent replies, they seemingly removed that and delete customer data after 14 days now.

Most people agree is rape is bad.
Most people are not taking issue with the fact rape is banned.
People are upset because the update that was supposed to provide increased clarity failed to address many of the concerns and issues people had.

While the rules are more clear on a superficial level, it doesn't address the main concerns people have in that it fails to define what constitutes "clear consent" leaving room for the rule to be misapplied and abused to harm creators instead of protecting them.

I like this platform so very much and I want it to flourish. Making sure users know precisely what is and is not allowed on your platform is the primary purpose of The Community Guidelines.

Are characters required to verbally consent? Does the absence of a characters non-consent pass the rules? What about body language, is that a factor? What if I character starts crying due to the high emotional connection of sex? What about consensual non-consent? What about dubious depictions?

Users are rightfully skeptical because despite Bluesky's claim of empowering it's users, it has repeatedly failed; wrongfully deplatforming and betraying the trust of it's users.
People have real questions and concerns that The Bluesky Team has systematically failed to clarify.
