I’d estimate that 85% of that patch board (and the license plate below it) trades or were given to me.

Thank you! In all honesty it’s a mix, some are purchased, but I’d say the majority were obtained through trades w/ colleagues, or were given to me by a partner that I’ve done something with (training/exercise, special events, incidents, etc) - most of the really rare stuff you can’t buy anyway.

Right. DHS I&A has no authority to investigate terrorism, so the least they could do is maintain data on the subject.

I have a similar problem trying to find data on threats to healthcare facilities/personnel. No authoritative dataset exists.
