Possibly a step towards better eco-anaesthesia, but recognise this is unclear and debated. I'm more convinced that removing desflurane will not be a step backwards (i.e. non-inferior) given access to remifentanil TCI when indicated.

To my eyes, a good idea with TXA being a medication that would be needed rapidly, and often requires 2 ampules to draw up. Human factors everywhere, including presence of multiple 10ml syringes.

There needs to be thorough security and justified reason for any healthcare data being shared between anyone.

This case is the routine step of a patient reviewing a case report prior to submission to a medical journal - just trying to streamline it and make it easier for those involved.

I don’t have any comparison to other software but I have found using Zotero very straightforward - no issues so far 👍
