Finally, when considering only the events that are recalled, we observed that high FC between the hippocampus and PMN at event offsets was associated with recall of more details at delayed retrieval

... and if we were to do a sliding window analysis, instead of targeting the start, middle, and offset, we confirm our findings;

Hippocampal-PMN FC at the offset of events is associated with successful subsequent recall

these effects were consistent across almost all the ROIs in the PMN

FC between the hippocampus and PMN at the event offset was associated with subsequent recall of that event. This was not true for other time windows or networks.
