I don’t have a favorite dx to tx but I do have a favorite hierarchy:
1. Pts who NEED speech therapy and WANT ST
2. Pts who NEED ST but don’t really want to do therapy
3. Pts who could benefit from ST and are motivated to do ST
4. Pts who don’t want/need ST but others want them to get ST
